Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) and Microelectromechanical System (MEMS) devices

Coreworks is excited to announce a new range of SAW-based devices and MEMS oscillators that will be available soon.  

Our SAW crystal filters are designed for exceptional thermal stability and will be offered in both standard and custom configurations. These filters are ideal for a variety of applications, including wireless communication infrastructure, two-way radios, audio systems, wireless microphones, precision instruments, and military applications. 

Additionally, we are launching voltage-controlled SAW oscillators tailored for SONET/SDH, SD/HD video, networking, test instruments, clock and data recovery, and clock generation. Key features of these oscillators include:

  • Internal Construction: Fundamental mode, PLL, third overtone, analog multiplication, and SAW
  • Temperature Stability: Up to ±20 ppm across all conditions
  • Absolute Pull Range (APR): Up to ±150 ppm
  • Low Jitter: As low as 250 fs (12 kHz to 20 MHz) RMS
  • Low Phase Noise: 160 dBc/Hz noise floor
  • Output Waveform Options: LVPECL, LVDS, LVCMOS, HCSL
